UNDERCARRIAGE: Cat undercarriage systems provide efficient hydraulic power and superior track motion control. From the hydraulic excavators to the track-type assemblies and systems, Cat undercarriage provides lower operating/maintenance costs and increased life-cycle value. Available in open or closed circuit configuration and variable gauge, these scalable systems provide optimum performance for any size machine over any terrain.
From hydraulic excavators to track-type assemblies and systems, Caterpillar provides undercarriages with efficient hydraulic power and superior motion control. Our undercarriages serve the construction, material handling, mining, and forestry industries in a wide variety of ways, delivering lower operating and maintenance costs and increased lifecycle value to your machines.
Available in open or closed circuit configuration and variable gauge, these scalable systems provide ideal performance for any size machine on any terrain. Our undercarriages can be found worldwide in rotary blast hole drills, forestry equipment, and the complete line of Cat® Drills.
Undercarriages are available in class sizes based on Cat excavator models 304, 305, 307, 312, 315, 320, 325, 330, 345, 365, and 385. Options include different track shoe width and track shoe configurations such as double or triple grouser. In addition, track frames are available with oscillation and in standard, long, extra long and super long sizes. Multiple final drive gearbox and motor options are available.

CAT POWER TRAINS

Cat® power trains provide power to all industries, offering one supplier of an integrated package made of rugged and durable components designed specifically for severe applications. Our power trains allow the engine and transmission to communicate efficiently through controls resulting in smoother shifts and lower fuel consumption.

ARTICULATED TRUCK BARE CHASSIS

Caterpillar offers articulated truck bare chassis designed for specialty machines that complement the Cat® articulated truck fleet. These partial machine configurations allow our construction, demolition, waste, material handling, and mining customers to purchase complete solutions from their Cat dealer, using Cat equipment every step of the way. The articulated truck bare chassis can be leveraged for a variety of purpose-built machines, including:

Water trucks
Service (fuel and lube) trucks
Coal haulers
High capacity body (waste trucks)
Container trucks
Open body trucks (logs, pipes, etc.)
Hooklift trucks
Tow applications
Cable reel trucks
On-highway applications

The bare chassis arrangements are available for the 725C and 730C in standard wheel base and the 735B and 740B in standard and long wheel base. Cat articulated truck price list options are available with the bare chassis.

OFF HIGHWAY TRUCK BARE CHASSIS: Caterpillar offers off-highway truck bare chassis designed for specialty machines that complement the Cat® off-highway truck fleet. These partial machine configurations allow construction and mining customers to purchase complete solutions from their Cat dealer, using Cat equipment every step of the way. The off-highway truck bare chassis can be leveraged for a variety of final machines, including water trucks, tow tractors, and fuel and lube trucks.
The bare chassis arrangements are available for the following models: 770G, 772G, 773G, 775G, 777G, 785D, and 793F. Cat off-highway truck price list options are available with the bare chassis.
The Cat Water Delivery & Control System (WDS) is available as an optional attachment with the 777G and 785D models and includes controls in the cab, a hydraulic pump and motor, a water pump and spray heads. Find more information about the Cat WDS.
