Parts Availability

Foley Equipment offers an unparalleled parts inventory in our region. We won’t keep you waiting when your equipment’s down. Our inventory includes over 67,000 line items. Most orders can be filled immediately from our multi-million dollar inventory of parts for CAT equipment and many other related products.

 

 

In fact, we fill over 90% of all parts orders off the shelf using local inventory. Foley Equipment is the first CAT dealer to receive stock and emergency parts daily from two seperate CAT facilities;  Waco, TX and Denver, CO.   The new CAT facility in Waco is 10 times larger than our previous depot in Kansas City.  This means more parts in the drop boxes overnight, more parts available at the parts counter for customer pickup and better service to customers having repairs made to their machines.  At Foley Equipment Company we pride ourselves on filling over 99% of our orders within 48 hours.  Due to the continued efforts of Foley Equipment and Caterpillar streamlining these processes our customers have experienced a 22% improvement in emergency parts shipments overnight.  This results in more up-time and productivty for our customers, that's all part of being YOUR FIRST CHOICE.

 

Parts Network
Foley Equipment Company maintains a fleet of trucks to deliver parts from our stock and Caterpillar’s parts facilities in Waco, TX and Denver, CO to each store and our 96 parts drop boxes daily.

Component Exchange
We maintain an inventory of over 650 different types of exchange components to speed repairs and reduce your machine’s downtime. Exchange components include engines, transmissions and torque converters as well as smaller components such as hydraulic pumps, generators, starters, brake bands and shoes, turbo chargers, hydraulic cylinder rods, track rollers and idlers.

Exchange components are completely rebuilt in our specialized shops or remanufactured by Caterpillar. All exchange components have the same warranties as new parts. Guaranteed prices eliminate the guess work on your machine’s repair costs.
