Foley CAT approved technical programs:
At Oklahoma State University – Okmulgee, the CAT Dealer Prep Program is a Caterpillar dealer-sponsored heavy equipment technician program. An important feature of the program is that you will alternate 7-1/2 weeks on campus and 7-1/2 weeks working at Foley.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an Associate in Applied Science Degree. Successful graduates typically stay with Foley as a full-time employee. Once employed, you may look forward to ongoing training to advance your professional and technical skills, knowledge and growth in a positive, exciting setting.

Additionally, Foley recommends the following two-year college-level curriculum which provides students with the education and skills necessary to become heavy-equipment diesel technicians.

Free Tech Tool Program Available
Let us help you eliminate the high cost of tools. This program was designed to help deserving students enrolled in an authorized training program obtain required tools. (No income requirements.)
You will be able to use these tools throughout your training program and as you continue your career with Foley.

If you are accepted as an intern your hourly wage increases after each semester completion because of the additional knowledge you have obtained.

That’s okay! Whether or not you intern with us, we are still looking for and rewarding your talent after graduation. The higher your GPA, the higher your starting wage will be!
